Homebreware is a site received a fair bit of attention

Homebreware is a site that's received a fair bit of attention lately, and for good reason. As the Nintendo Wii continues to grow in popularity worldwide, more and more gamers are looking to maximize the system's potential, which is exactly what Homebreware offers to Wii owners. Have they succeeded in their claims, or are they simply full of hot air? Read on to find out in this Homebreware review.

Homebreware has a few different key features, the importance of which will likely be different for each gamer. Probably the one of the most interest to gamers is the ability to play backup copies of games on the system, all without voiding the warranty in any way. For others it will be the ability to play imported games, as even in these modern gaming times, there are still a slew of games which don't get released outside of Japan, and as games are outfitted with region codes, even a gamer would wished to import a game from Japan would not be able to play it on their console.

We'll start this Homebreware review off with a look at the capability to play backup copies on the Wii. We installed the Homebreware package on our Wii and began the testing process. We had a few games burned to disc and ready to test, including Wii Sports and Arc Rise Fantasia. It was as simple as inserting or burnt game and running the program, all of which is detailed on the website itself with a helpful demonstration video. All of our backup copies functioned perfectly, including the two aforementioned games.

Next we tested out a few import games which had yet to see the light of day outside of Japan, including some of the Jikkyo Powerful Pro Yakkyu games (baseball games for all of you out there scratching your heads in bewilderment, and very good ones at that). Simple as can be, we inserted the Japanese games into our console and saw them load up instantly.

Another nice element of the program is its inclusion of classic emulators and games for play on your Wii, including emulators and games for the Sega Genesis, Super Nintendo, and Nintendo Entertainment System. Being able to play these great old systems on a big screen TV is a great blast from the past.

Your membership with the site also grants you access to a large guide filled with cheats for just about every Wii game in existence. If you like to play around and explore games without worrying about dying, or like to take advantage of some of the crazy easter eggs developers hide in their games, then this cheats guide is for Pull Stud factory you. You'll find codes and cheats that allow you to skip levels, turn invisible or invincible, give you unlimited ammo, and much more; a very handy and useful bonus for any Wii gamer.

Overall, we came away from CNC Lathe Tool Factory this Homebreware review very impressed with the robust nature of the program, and the ease with which it is installed and used. The Wii's large casual gamer crowd should have no problem making full use of this system, and it comes highly recommended.
